Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Raylovetree@gmail.com. We will offer a full refund or replacement — no complicated process, no hassle. We are a small operation and we handle every inquiry personally. Opened Products We accept returns and refund requests on opened products within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. Contact us first before sending anything back. Unopened Products If you receive an unopened product and wish to return it, contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. Returned products must be unused, sealed, and in their original condition. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Subscriptions You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account before the next order processes.
