LoveTree Alchemy ships from Kula, Maui, Hawaii.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Processing Times
Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods or limited batch releases, processing may take longer.

Carrier Delays
Once your order leaves our hands, delivery times are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect packages once they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number at Raylovetree@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
