Cancellation policy

This policy applies to subscription orders placed through lovetreealchemy.com.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account before the next order processes. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

How to Cancel Log in to your customer account at lovetreealchemy.com, navigate to your active subscriptions, and select Cancel. If you need assistance, contact us at Raylovetree@gmail.com.

Timing Cancellations must be made before your next scheduled order processes. If a cancellation request is made after an order has already been processed and shipped, it will apply to the following cycle. We are not able to cancel orders that have already shipped.

Refunds After Cancellation If you cancel and have a recently shipped order you are not satisfied with, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you toward a fair resolution consistent with our Refund Policy.

Pausing or Skipping Instead of cancelling, you can pause or skip an upcoming order through your customer account at any time before it processes.
